| The RIVERSTONE Chalet is
a “walk out” basement 2 level - 2000 ft chalet situated along the edge
of the old Saskatchewan river bank. There are 2 bathrooms and 4
bedrooms. The RIVERSTONE Chalet has
3 queen beds in 3 bedrooms and a set of bunks in the 4th bedroom.
The RIVERSTONE chalet sleeps 8 in beds but could easily handle 10-12
people. Foamies can be rolled out on the living room floor for
additional sleeping for kids.

There is a fully modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer appliances. The cupboards are completely stocked with all cooking utensils and crockery.

| There are 2 full
bathrooms at the Riverstone Chalet. There is a shower on the main and a
Jacuzzi/shower combo on the
“walk out” lower level.

| There is a fully functional utility room with furnace, washer and dryer.

| There are 2
living rooms on the main and lower level of the chalet. The main level
living room includes an electric fireplace and a wood burning stove on
the lower level. A fully stocked wood shed is located adjacent to the
Chalet to enjoy the warmth of a wood burning fireplace on the lower
level. The Riverstone Chalet also has telephone and wireless internet
service.

| The Riverstone chalet boasts a huge “screened in” porch for summer
months with extensive deck space along with a BBQ included in the rental.
