The SANDSTONE
Chalet is a 3 level, 2500 ft chalet with a “walk out” basement that is
situated along the edge of the old Saskatchewan river bank. There are 3
bathrooms, 5 bedrooms and a smaller loft/sitting area. The SANDSTONE
Chalet has 4 queen beds in 5 bedrooms and a futon in the loft. The rest
of the beds are singles (7). Foamies can be rolled out on the loft floor
for additional room for kids.

| The SANDSTONE Chalet
sleeps 15 in beds but could easily handle 17 people
(counting 2 on a futon). |

The SANDSTONE Chalet boasts a fully modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer appliances. The cupboards are completely stocked with all cooking utensils and crockery. Towels are included.

| The SANDSTONE
Chalet also has a laundry room available in the chalet. This fully
functional utility room includes both a washer and dryer, and a large
drying area for hanging winter clothes.

| There are living rooms on
the main and lower level of the chalet. The main level living room
includes a wood fireplace. A fully stocked wood shed is located adjacent
to the Chalet to enjoy the warmth of the wood burning fireplace. The
SANDSTONE Chalet also has telephone and wireless internet service. There
are 2 TV’s in this chalet. |

| The 8 person outdoor hot
tub is situated on the 2nd level with a gorgeous view of the river
valley below. |

| The upper level bedroom
has a private balcony overlooking the valley. |

| The SANDSTONE Chalet lower level boasts a huge “screened in” porch for summer months. The chalet also has extensive deck space and private lawn area. The back deck has a BBQ to enjoy the outdoors fully. |
